South Dublin 10k
The Dream Run Dublin team is a group of ten runners, selected each year by Olympian Paul Pollock to be coached with a view to achieving a personal best time at the Dublin Marathon. One of the 2019 team is Springwell RC’s Ryan Galway who has been receiving the benefit of Paul’s experience since the 15th May and it certainly seems to be paying dividends.
